Shooting the Wolf Moon Workshop with Patti Blake

Join photographer Patti Blake in a small group workshop to photograph the first full moon of 2026, the Wolf Moon! The January 3 full moon is a super moon, meaning the moon is near its closest point to Earth in its orbit, and appears especially large and bright. Begin at moonrise to capture the moon large and low on the horizon. Patti will cover exposure, lens choice, focus and composition. The workshop will meet at the North Lagoon Bridge on Panama City Beach.

As an intermediate level class, you’ll want to be comfortable shooting in manual mode.

*For this workshop you will need a camera and tripod. Recommended lenses are wide angle and telephoto. A small flashlight is always helpful for night photography.

Saturday night, 5:00 - 7:00pm, $50
